Do I have to go through all four phases?

No. Each phase is completely independent. Most clients start with Phase 1 (Design) and decide whether to continue based on their needs. Many projects only need the first two phases.

How long does the whole process take?

Phase 1 is 48 hours. Phase 2 is about a week after the site visit. Phase 3 depends on the council (typically 8 weeks). Phase 4 depends on your builder and project scope. You control the pace.

What if I already have plans from another architect?

You can skip Phase 1 and start at any phase. If you have existing drawings, we can pick up from the 3D scan, planning submission, or build phase.

Can I use my own builder instead of your network?

Absolutely. Phase 4 is optional, and our plans work with any builder. The builder introduction is there if you want it, not because you need it.
