Your supplier

These terms apply to the £49 Remote Project Consultation and £250 Buildability Survey sold by PlanBuild Construction Ltd, company number 13233192, registered in England and Wales. Registered office: Plan Build, Bayside Business Center, Willis Way, Poole, BH15 3TB. Contact office@planbuildco.com or 07700 195744. Both prices include VAT.

The £49 remote consultation

You receive a 30-minute remote consultation discussing your property, any plans or photographs you supply, your ideas and sensible next steps. It does not include a site visit, measured survey, new drawings, recorded video, structural assessment, planning determination or fixed construction quotation.

Josh contacts you within one working day of your enquiry to confirm we can help and agree a mutually suitable appointment. Working days are Monday to Friday excluding English bank holidays. Payment is taken during that call, by a secure link. After payment, you can supply property information through your secure confirmation link. You do not need existing plans to buy the consultation.

The £250 onsite package

The Buildability Survey includes your initial brief and budget discussion, a site visit and 3D survey, an existing floor plan, a minimum of two proposed layout ideas, practical design and buildability input, early guidance on likely construction costs, a recommended next step, a follow-up discussion and one minor revision. We confirm suitability, access, scope and delivery timing before you pay for this package.

Structural calculations, planning applications, Building Regulations drawings, detailed specification, a fixed construction quotation, further redesigns and building work are separately agreed services. Initial options are not construction instructions. Structural work and alterations remain subject to appropriate checks and approvals. A recommendation to change direction or not proceed is a valid outcome.

Your consultation credit

If you buy the £250 onsite package for the same project, one paid, unrefunded £49 consultation is credited against it. You pay £201 more, bringing the total to £250 including VAT. The credit is used once, cannot be combined with additional consultation credits, and has no separate cash value. It does not commit you to a survey, further drawings or construction. If your consultation is refunded, its credit is cancelled.

Coverage and booking

These offers are for projects in Poole, Bournemouth, Christchurch and approximately 20 miles around them. We check the project postcode when Josh calls. If coverage is uncertain, contact us for a manual check. Enquiring does not book the consultation; Josh agrees a time with you and takes payment during that call.

Changing your mind, refunds and rescheduling

You can cancel a remotely purchased service within 14 days after the contract is made. Email office@planbuildco.com, call 07700 195744 or write to our registered office. An unambiguous cancellation request is enough; the model wording below is optional.

For the £49 consultation, we additionally offer a full refund if you cancel before the scheduled call or we cannot help. Contact us to reschedule; if you miss the call, contact us to arrange another appointment. We do not charge a separate rescheduling fee. Refunds are made to the original payment method within 14 days of agreeing or receiving a valid cancellation.

We do not deliver the consultation during the 14-day cancellation period unless you expressly ask us to. You may request an earlier appointment when Josh calls to agree a time. Your statutory right to cancel ends after full delivery only where you requested the early start and acknowledged that consequence. Your rights if the service is faulty or not as described are unaffected.

Before a separately agreed onsite service begins, we confirm its appointment, scope and cancellation arrangements in writing. Any request to begin that service during its cancellation period must be separately agreed. Nothing in these terms excludes your statutory consumer rights.

Optional cancellation wording

To PlanBuild Construction Ltd, office@planbuildco.com, Plan Build, Bayside Business Center, Willis Way, Poole, BH15 3TB: “I give notice that I cancel my contract for [service], ordered on [date]. My name is [name], my address is [address], and my order reference is [reference].” Add the date, and a signature only if sending on paper.

Your information and drawings

Supply only plans and photographs you are entitled to share. We use them to prepare and provide your service, as explained in our privacy policy. You may keep your paid-for deliverables and share them with other designers and builders for your project. You are free to choose another provider for subsequent work.
